ntXdll licensing

The evaluation of ntXdll, which is available for download on the ntXdll site or other sites or resources is free to use for evaluating the software but not for commercial purposes.

You can get the full version by ordering. Then you get a license keyfile 'keyfile.ntx'. This file upgrades the demo version, which was downloaded on the site above, to a full version. Later versions can be used with old keyfiles a certain time.

ntXdll is licensed for usage or developing on only one computer at a time. Any usage of one license on more than one computer at a time is strictly prohibited (this includes copies on a network resource for simultaneous usage on more computers than licenses exist). Any copies made of ntXdll are only allowed for backing up the product or the software to which ntXdll is bound.

Each developer, using the product or developing on a project, which includes ntXdll needs one license to work with it. ntXdll may be royalty free distributed with software, to which ntXdll is bounded in such way as seperat use is prohibited. Developers may distribute ntXdll only in conjunction with their own software and not as itself.

Each administrator or other employee using ntXdll to administer or document a NT domain or any other NT machines local or on the network, needs one license for each computer on which ntXdll is used (even if ntXdll is used only through automatic scripts).

The license may be transferred - provided that it will be no more used for own purposes.

It is not allowed, to share licenses with another person or company (for example company A shares a site license with company B).

Any attempt for decompiling and modifying the software for commercial purpose is expressly prohibited.
